Zero Gravity features Guitar Duets Played on Acoustic and Classical Guitars

 

Tropo Records is excited to announce the release of the EP Zero Gravity by Alex de Grassi and Andrew York this September 17 with Six Degrees Records Distribution! The new EP features three original compositions for two guitars (two by de Grassi and one by York) that they have been performing as a duo for the past several years. The title track, Zero Gravity, was inspired by de Grassi's Facetime call with astronaut Dr. Thomas Marshburn while aboard the International Space Station.  DissFunkShun Revisited, composed by York, shows how funky even classical guitar can sound while Pair of Threes (de Grassi) pays tribute to the rich legacy of South American guitar composers.
