In 2017 the New-York-based Piano Duo, Anna and Dmitri Shelest released their second recording on the Sorel Classics label featuring music of their native Ukraine from the 19th 20th centuries. With both piano solo and piano four hands, including world premiere recordings, the Shelest Duo, having established themselves as solo artists, while garnering numerous prizes and awards along the way, are "effective collaborators" (The New York Times).

Anna Shelest has been a soloist with some of the world's most renown orchestras such as Montreal Symphony Orchestra, St. Petersburg Philharmonic Orchestra, Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra, Estonian National Symphony Orchestra, Janacek Philharmonic Orchestra, and Netherlands Symphony Orchestra. She has performed on some of the world's greatest stages such as Alice Tully Hall and Carnegie Hall in New York City, The Kennedy Center in Washington DC, Vienna's Konzerthaus, Great Hall of Moscow Conservatory and Palacio de Bellas Artes in Mexico City. In June 2011 she was the first to present a recital at the newly rebuilt 7 World Trade Center in New York City.
