Bárbara Padilla's self-titled debut album is a collection of layered pieces of instrumental music mingled with lyrics and hints of some of Bárbara's favorite arias, classical compositions and pop songs. The album was recorded at the legendary Abbey Road Studios (with the London Symphony Orchestra) and famed Capitol Records studio in Los Angeles, California. The album is produced by multi-Grammy Award winners, Gregg Field and Jorge Calandrelli (also the album's arranger and conductor) and engineered, mixed and mastered by first class engineers Phil Ramone, Al Schmitt, Mike Hatch, Gregg Field and Paul Blakemore.
