The Woody Guthrie Center will mark six years in downtown Tulsa with an April celebration featuring musicians, speakers and guests. The celebration will highlight the intersection of music and social justice that Guthrie championed. Among artists set to perform are Ramy Essam, known as the "Voice of the Egyptian Revolution," and Grammy nominees Guy Davis and Mary Gauthier, plus music from local favorites John Fullbright, the Red Dirt Rangers, Count Tutu and Nightingale. The free weekend of music is scheduled for April 26-28 at Guthrie Green.
