Sir Simon Rattle and the Berliner Philharmoniker have committed to disc Gustav Holst's The Planets, coupling the perennial favourite with Colin Matthews' companion piece Pluto, and world premiere recordings of four short newly-commissioned 'asteroids' by Kaija Saariaho, Matthias Pintscher, Mark-Anthony Turnage and Brett Dean
